The O2 Arena in Praque planning was initiated by the local lottery operator Sazka. Its construction was completed in 2,5 years and it opened just in time for the IIHF Ice Hockey World Championships in 2004.
Mika Sulin was the orchestrator of the end to end design finance build own and operate model. He also supported planning and operation of the World Championships event.
